1921 Portrait photograph of former World Series hero from 1919 Morrie Rath. He was the man who was hit by a pitched ball from Eddie Cicotte that signaled to the gamblers that the fix was on. He was a quality player for 13 years before taking his talents to the PCL for one final go-around. Seen here in uniform for the San Francisco Seals, this is crystal clear and bold and represents the only image of Rath from the PCL we ever seen.
