Large 1919 photograph of Joe Judge, one of the more underrated hitters of his era from the Washington Senators. A mainstay of their offense, Judge would amass 2352 hits during his career with a career batting average of .298. If he had been a New York Yankee, we would be referring to him as "Hall of Famer Joe Judge"! Photograph shows Judge as he demonstrates his batting form and watches the flight of his ball early in his career. Interesting image as it shows a rather unusual taping style on the handle of his bat as well. Photo is quite nice with some mild wear along the top border.
