1939 Large photograph of the Cienfuegos baseball team of the Cuban winter league. Among a team filled with big names, the biggest was a tall slender young man named Martin Dihigo. Prominently pictured here at the center of the back row, this is one of the finest images of Dihigo that exists in any form and it is being offered here for the first time ever! The quality of the image is exceptional and while there is some light handling wear and a small crease that has been reinforced on the back, this is a fine image that displays nearly perfectly. While this image can be found online, this is the only original that is known to exist!
