Incredible and tragic 1945 photograph of a Jewish man in Poland who was asked to dig his own grave in front of SS soldiers who were waiting to execute him. An amazing piece of photography as the Nazi soldiers are loading their guns with the bullets that would doom this poor man and he is seen with a Star of David on his back. Issued by Acme and stamped on the back, this is a famous image that was used to incriminate German soldiers at Nuremberg for their war-crimes.
