1938 Horizontal swing study photograph of Hall of Famer Al Simmons as he lunges for a curve ball and just gets a piece of it. A fantastic piece of photography that managed to catch the ball in mid-air just after it left the bat of Simmons. Issued by Acme and stamped on the back with most of the original captioned taped on the back as well. A cool image we have never seen before!
