Lot Description  

1940's (c. 1944) Real photo postcard of a professional baseball team in Puerto Rico in full uniform. Led by (identified on the back by a noted Latin baseball researcher) Totelo Vargas and Horacio Martinez, this could be a significant image with some more research needed. The photo postcard is stamped on the back as being issued in the Dominican Republic by La Casa De Las Medinas making it more like a baseball card than a photo!
