1938-39 Orson Welles studio photograph from RKO showing the baby-faced actor about the same time he shocked the world with his narration of "War of the Worlds." Photo is crisp and bold and grades nearly perfect. Stamped on the back by RKO and with several additional file marks and stamps. One of his best!
