1929 Portrait photograph of young Hall of Famer Mickey Cochrane from the Philadelphia Athletics in full uniform and posing at the ballpark. Cochrane would become one of the top players in baseball and one of the greatest catchers who ever lived, but when this image was taken he was still trying to solidify himself in the game. Taken during their first of two consecutive World Series titles, this is one of the best images of Cochrane ever taken and one that displays in nearly perfect condition. Issued by Pacific and Atlantic and stamped on the back.
