In 1930 a young Jewish kid best known for being the brother of former Major Leaguer Louis Rosenberg took the Pacific Coast League by storm and the Giants subsequently took a $25,000 chance on the outfielder. Rosenberg would only appear in 9 games and have a mere 6 at bats in his Major League career. Images of Rosenberg in a Giants uniform are incredibly hard to find and highly prized, especially by those that collect players of Jewish ancestry. While Rosenberg's major league career wasn't long he did put up impressive numbers throughout his minor league career with a consistent .326 lifetime batting average. Great condition with extensive stamping on back, very clean.
