1927 Detailed and artistic photograph of the eyes of Yankees star catcher Pat Collins. Taken by noted photographer Charles Conlon while we was on assignment from Underwood and Underwood, this is a fine condition example with great detail. One of the most famous subsets ever done by a photographer, Conlon's "Eyes of the Yankees" series are extremely rare and always highly sought after by collectors. Deep and clear, the photo has one small crease at the top and a detailed caption on the back from Underwood which is a nice touch.
