1937 Aerial photograph of President Franklin Roosevelt as he arrived at the ballpark to open the season. His failing health and secret inability to walk made the event extremely difficult but rather than break tradition, he was driven onto the field for the pitch. Issued by Acme and with a full paper caption on the back, this is a rare camera angle and one we have not seen often.
