Images of Joe DiMaggio playing Baseball during World War II are quite scarce, and this is among the best. From a benefit game in California, the image shows Joe in an "Electricians" uniform as part of the Major League All Stars. Image shows Joltin Joe as he hits the ball and is shown during his follow through while the Umpire and Catcher have barely time to raise their heads to look. Interesting image and extremely rare. Condition is quite nice with a touch of handling wear, issued by Acme and stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well.
