1924 Rare photograph of Duke Kahanamoku and his brother Sam as the pair posed outside the Olympia pool and tried out to be members of the United States Olympic swim team. A great image from Underwood and Underwood, this is from their archives and carried their embossed "File Copy" stamp. One of the few images of Duke Kahanamoku that is off the original negative that we have ever seen and it presents well with some wear and creasing at the upper left.
