1926 Fun action photograph of young superstar Al Simmons from the Athletics taken from early in his career and clowning around at the ballpark. This could be from between 1925-1927 as the Athletics did not change their uniform styles, but perhaps the buttons on the sleeve (which we have not seen before) could further pinpoint the year. One of the cooler images of a young Simmons we have ever seen.
