c. 1909 Double weight pitching action photograph of Hall of Famer Eddie Plank from the Philadelphia Athletics as he warmed up at Hilltop Park in New York. The apartment buildings in the background are often fingerprints of Charles Conlon's work, but the image does not bear his trademark handwriting or stamp so more research is needed, but the photo is absolutely vintage in every way and dates to c. 1909. From a prominent archive and offered here for the first time ever.
