After winning the NBA Finals in 1969, Bill Russell gave an emotional interview to the press. What he knew at the time, but nobody else was aware of, is that this would be his final game in the NBA as he would announce his retirement shortly afterwards. The event has gone down in history as one of the most important in Russell's career and this is the only photograph of the event we have ever seen.
