1945 Vintage photograph of boxer Johnny Bratton as he knocks out Robert Earl in their match at Chicago Stadium, sending Earl to the canvas completely knocked unconscious. Titled, "Rigor Mortis" this is a famous image that we have never seen before in original form. Taken by photographer Carmen Reporto of the Chicago Sun Times and with a long handwritten note on the back. This is the only vintage example of this photograph we have ever seen!
