One of the oddest figures boxing history had to be Battling Siki. He was briefly the Light Heavyweight Champion of the World and was found murdered after a run-in with white police officers in New York in 1925. The offered photograph from 1922 is exceptional and despite pinholes at the corners from editorial use, it presents well. Images and memorabilia of Siki are almost impossible to find!
