Lot Description  

1927 Large photograph of Charles Comiskey II, the grandson of Hall of Famer Charles Comiskey, as he served as the mascot of the Chicago White Sox on opening day. Captured in a tiny uniform and bat, the image is an exceptional piece of photography as the toddler posed with his mother (the wife of Comiskey's son J. Louis Comiskey). A great and heartwarming photo that we have never seen before. Issued by NEA and offered here for the first time ever.
