1926 Silver gelatin photograph of the famed entertainers "the Dolly Sisters" as they performed in Paris at the height of their fame. These ladies are largely forgotten today but were the most desirable women of their generation. Courted by kings and the captains of industry, they were a huge box office draw all over the world (including here in America with the Ziegfeld Follies). One of their best images in the world, stamped on the back by famous photographer Henri Manuel of Paris, and in decent condition as well with a few light creases at the top and a rip on the lower right corner. An important image from one of the most important photographers of the era!
