1923 Posed action photograph of Charlie Caldwell, the star center from Princeton University and taken as he was one of the best players in America. Caldwell would enjoy quite the career in sports as a coach and player with stints in 1925 with the New York Yankees and then a long career s a college football coach that would land him in the Hall of Fame. A rare photograph that is the first we have ever seen from his playing days. Issued by the Keystone View Company and stamped on the back with a large paper caption as well.
