A cool image of one of the best athletes of his era (major leaguer and also NFL star) especially in the context of the fact that Mohardt had already secretly been playing for the Green Bay Packers in 1921 and would lose his eligibility as a result. This is his greatest image we have ever seen and it id being offered here for the first time ever, fresh out of a newspaper archive. Issued by Underwood and Underwood and stamped on the back with a long paper caption as well and a pencil filing date of early 1922 beneath the paper caption.
