1924 Portrait style photograph of William Wrigley Jr., chewing gum millionaire and owner of the Chicago Cubs, as he appeared in court for name infringement. One of the most famous court cases of the era, it all centered around Wrigley's use of the name "Wintermint" and "Doublemint" for his gum. Issued by Underwood and Underwood and stamped on the back with a nice paper caption as well, the photo presents pretty well with note to some pinholes and a crease on the left side from editorial use.
