1920 Spring training photograph of rookie Frankie Frisch as he joined veterans George Kelly, Art Fletcher, and Larry Doyle as the projected starting quartet in the New York Giants infield. Taken before the season started, meaning Frisch had only about fifty games under his belt on his way to a Hall of Fame career. Issued by the International News and stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well. The photo is one of the earliest of Frisch on the planet and this is an artistic image of the entire infield in fielding pose. Photo has some pinholes at the corners but otherwise it presents beautifully.
