Original c. 1962 photograph of Yankees Hall of Famer Mickey Mantle striking a batting pose during Spring Training. Eerily reminiscent of his Topps Baseball Cards from the era, this is one of his best photographs taken from the early to mid-sixties and presents here in almost perfect condition with a faint bend in the middle that is really only visible when tilted to the light. Issued by the Yankees, this has a tiny trim on the bottom border from it was issued, by a newspaper archive for artistic use, but it looks great.
