Interesting 1936 photograph of the great Hall of Fame Pitcher Walter Johnson as he hopes to duplicate a mythical feat from George Washington and throws a silver dollar across the Rappahannock River. Photograph shows Johnson in training for the upcoming feat and is clear and bold. Issued by Acme and stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well. Grades a perfect 10/10 and this is the only example of this photograph we have ever seen.
