The 1986 World Series was nothing short of tragedy for Bill Buckner. He let the ball go through his legs during game six and into the history books as the biggest error in the history of the fall classic. When I was a kid playing little league, if a ball went through your legs, somebody would yell "Buckner." It was sad, but it happened. Here is Buckner from before this tragic event, in the batters box against the Mets and busting out of the box. A beautiful image from the World Series that defined Buckners career, grading a perfect 10/10 and offered here for the first time ever.
