1951 Large photograph of Negro League superstar and major league pioneer, Monte Irvin of the Giants. Wearing his 1951 jersey with the patch on the sleeve, this is a completely original example in pretty nice shape overall with some corner wear from handling and age. There is an in notation on his sleeve that is dated to 1953, but this is clearly a 1951 original image.
