1909 Beautiful pitching action photograph of Eddie Plank from the Philadelphia Athletics and showing off his famous wind up. From the files of a newspaper archive, this is one of his better pitching images we have ever seen and dating to 1909 for sure. The editorial marks (paint) are embedded into the negative and were done for a crisp image that would stand out in publication, and this will get a Type 3 from PSA but looks great!
