Original 1916 or 1917 photograph of two members of the New York Yankees having a chat on the field in full uniform. The Yankees only wore this uniform style for the two years mentioned and the player on the left is clearly Frank Gilhooley who was very distinct looking. We believe the player at the right to by Nick Cullop but have only done passive research. The uniform and image quality are both outstanding and the photo is clearly vintage to the WWI era. A fantastic early piece of New York Yankees memorabilia.
