Beautiful c. 1912 Harris and Ewing photograph of Alva "Rip" Williams in uniform with the Washington Senators and shown warming up at the ballpark. The paper caption on the back notes that Williams was probably going to play a lot with the team which leads us to believe this was his first year with the club and date this to 1912. Identified on the front and stamped on the back by the photographer and with a full paper caption as well. This is the best image of Williams we have seen.
