Before they became two of the best player in the NBA and two of the most iconic big-men to ever wear a uniform, Akeem Olajuwon and Patrick Ewing had to first battle each other in college on the biggest stage. At stake was the NCAA championship and this image captures both players working hard under the basket to get an advantage. Ewing and Georgetown would win the game, but it would be Olajuwon with the better overall career. this is the only vintage example of the pair battling in college we have ever seen and it presents beautifully!
