Beautiful 1898-99 cabinet photograph of Walter Kennedy in uniform with the University of Chicago. He was one of the greatest football players in America and a 2X All American in 1898 and 1899, this is an exquisite image that is perhaps one of the only photographs of Kennedy that exists. Issued by a local Chicago photographer and being offered here for the first time ever, the photo has some editorial marks but it otherwise is fantastic.
