1922 Silver gelatin photograph of the Cincinnati Reds as they look to start off their season at the ballpark. Coming off a bad year, the Reds had lost most of their stars that brought them the 1919 World Series, but this group would win 86 games and finish second in the National League. Included in the image is football Hall of Famer Greasy Neale and future Hall of Famer Jake Daubert as well as tough superstar Eppa Rixey among others. A rare team to find images of, this one is stamped by the Keystone View Company on the back and offered here fresh out of a newspaper archive!
