1962 Large and artistic photograph of the famous Atlas Rocket on the launching pad and being prepped for one of it's first ever test flights. Stamped on the back by NASA, this is one of their earliest stamps we have seen, from before the organization had an established format for press photography. One of the earliest images from the "Space Race" we have handled.
