1919 Photograph from the bout between Charley White and Freddie Walsh in Colorado Springs. Incredibly, part of the bleachers collapsed during the fight and 150 people were injured including two KILLED, but the fight went on! This is the only image from this tragic bout we have ever seen and it presents beautifully, stamped on the back by a Colorado Springs photographer and with a handwritten note on the back.
