1926 Photograph taken just before the opening of the World Series between the St. Louis Cardinals and New York Yankees showing Hall of Famers Miller Huggins and Rogers Hornsby in uniform. A special piece of baseball history that exhibits absolutely perfect clarity and contrast, this was issued by the International News and stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well. There is a bit of adhesive paper added to the back near the top for stability at the corners, and a small rip that could be repaired better on the upper left, but the quality of the image far surpasses the technical grade.
