Basketball was well established by 1927, but the nature of the game made it almost impossible to photograph. Indoors in the wintertime in an era where both lighting and camera technology were not up to par, getting quality images of basketball games in progress are extremely rare with this one being one of the top examples we have seen. In this view can be seen a basket and early net, the stands, players for both squads, and even some curious students catching a glimpse of the action!
