Byron "Whizzer" White was quite possibly the most interesting man in the world. A star athlete, the best football player in the country, a Rhodes scholar who went to Oxford, a war hero and eventually a supreme court justice. God gave this guy too much! The offered photo captures White in uniform with the University of Colorado in 1938 demonstrating his running form and showing off his Heisman pose. One of his most impressive images ever taken, this was issued by the International News and the condition and quality make this a specimen worthy of such a talented man!
