1914 Head to toe photograph of Chicago White Sox pitcher Joe Benz in full uniform and showing off his pitching form. A good player who hung around long enough to lose the most games in the American League this season, the White Sox wore some pretty cool black jerseys and he became famous for throwing a no hitter and being part of the famous 1919 team. Photo was taken by Paul Thompson and stamped on the back, this is a crystal clear work of baseball art.
