c. 1949 Head to toe batting photograph of youngster Duke Snider of the Brooklyn Dodgers. Taken in front of the outfield wall at Ebbets Field which provides the perfect backdrop, this is one of the earliest of the Hall of Famer we have ever seen. Stamped on the back by the United Press and it presents well with note to some paper loss on the upper left corner that blends in with the background so the image looks much better than the technical grade.
