1910's Poignant photograph of the faces of two young boys who were working in the coal mines in Pennsylvania despite not being any older than perhaps 14 or so. The image was taken while miners in the area were on strike and despite child labor not being the subject, it is absolutely the resonating feeling of looking into the faces of these two youngsters, robbed of their youth forever. The condition is nice overall with a small corner crease and the quality of the image is perfect. Issued by Kadel and Herbert, this is stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well.
