1910's Vintage photograph of young Navy Secretary Franklin Delano Roosevelt participating in a flag raising ceremony at Griffith Park in Washington, DC. With Clark Griffith himself. The image captures a young and vibrant Roosevelt a few years before he came down with paralysis. A rare image in nice shape overall (with one crease on the lower right corner) the photo was issued by the International News in the late 1920's, probably when FDR started to dominate politics on the national scene.
