Absolutely incredible 1930's double weight portrait photograph of the famed spiritual leader of India Mahatma Gandhi who has added a signature and inscription "God is Truth M.K. Gandhi". Stamped on the back by Underwood and Underwood, the photo has a cool note on the back that indicates this was the only original in their files. The signature is embedded into the negative (photo of signed photo) and this is a fantastic early photograph of one of the most important figures of the 20th century.
