1927 International News photograph of the famous Russian Revolutionary Leon Trotsky behind his desk as it was being announced that he was leader now of the opposition party but his whereabouts were unknown as he was hiding from the Stalin regime in 1929. A beautiful and bold photograph with a large paper caption on the back, the photo has some creasing at the upper left but it is otherwise quite nice.
