Original 1956 photograph of Elvis Presley in the Recording Studio. With his trademark lip curl and strumming the guitar, this is an outstanding early image from January of 1956. At the time this photo was taken Elvis was on the verge of releasing his first RCA single, "Heartbreak Hotel". Rare image with some wear and creasing throughout as well as a small piece of tape at the top from editorial use. Despite the technical flaws, the image is strong and it is one of the fienst images of Elvis ever taken from early in his career!
