Large 1928 photograph of President Calvin Coolidge opening up a baseball game in Washington by throwing out the ceremonial first pitch. The game was a political one and took place between Democrats and Republicans in Congress! What a fun event it would have been to go to almost 100 years ago and this is the first example of this photogarph we have seen. Issued by Pacific and Atlantic and stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well, this is a perfect 10/10!
