1917 Silver gelatin photograph of a pair of suffragettes protesting their disenfranchisement with a huge sign meant for a specific audience, the Russian Envoys visiting America. We are not sure if their message was meant to actually have them help or to embarrass the current American administration into action, but the sign they are holding is amazing! Condition and quality are both quite nice and this is the only example of this photograph we can find anywhere!
