1917 Head to toe batting photograph of Chicago White Sox first baseman Chick Gandil who would become more famous for his role as a gambler than a ballplayer. A unique new discovery offered here for the first time ever, this has some editorial enhancement damage from publication but it is the only known example of this photograph. Photo was also glued to a piece of stationary from the newspaper for publication which is a cool vintage touch!
