Large 1926 photograph of Dot Johnson the star basketball player for the Edmonton Grads girls team that was the first superstar basketball squad (girls) in the history of the sport. They went years between losses and took on all comers from Germany, London, the United States etc. A rare image in uniform of one of the top players of the earliest days of the sport, this was issued by Underwood and Underwood and the reverse has a long and detailed paper caption.
